The deaths in HPDH were all very well thought out.  Hedwig’s death, for example, was symbolic of a loss of innocence and childhood.  The deaths of Tonks and Lupin, which in turn left Teddy orphaned, was an extremely well-thought-out echo of what happened to Harry.  In the end you see him happy, ‘snogging’ the daughter of Bill & Fleur.  Life goes on. The total for Deathly Hallows is a whopping 23, more than all the other books put together.

These (significant) characters were mentioned as being dead, but their deaths did not actually occur during the course of the stories:

Book 2: Moaning Myrtle

Book 3: 13 Muggles who died when Peter Pettigrew was confronted by Sirius

Book 4: Mr. & Mrs. Tom Riddle Sr. and their son; The Prewetts

Book 5: Fridwulfa (Hagrid’s mother); Regulus Black; probably others whose names appeared in the scene where Mad Eye Moody gives Harry the photo of the original Order of the Phoenix

Book 6: Merope, Malvolo and Morphin Gaunt; Hepzibah Smith

Book 7: Kendra, Percival, and Ariana Dumbledore; Regulus Black (also in book 5, but in 7, we find out how he died)

Eclipse filming

eeep! Production Weekly tweets that Eclipse is going to be filming from August 17th – October 31st in Vancouver.

When I  first started to read what he had written I wasn’t really going to take anything seriously (sorry ; ]). But as I kept reading, I realized that what he had written was true poetry. And not only what he had written was true, but he was talking about my best friend, and that kind of creeped me out a little. Not in a bad way, I just hadn’t thought of it that way.

I know I’m not really making much sense, but I understand what I’m trying to say. And so does Johnny Page (I think).

Yes, he sees, but he doesn’t really look. Why can’t he look?! Time goes by and I feel like I’m getting old.

I’m being way to out there with this. I need to really learn how to write with a hidden message. Gosh! No wonder he doesn’t like me! UGH!

Okay, I’m glad I got that off my chest.

*sigh*

OKay I’ll stop now. Oh gosh it’s so annoying when I just let myself write. I wish I had a little ‘almost’ boyfriend on vacation in Italy. Gosh. Life is so unfair.

Oh jeez. I’ll be writing for a while. I might not publish this. Then again I might.

Gosh. Now I’m sounding cheesy. No wonder he doesn’t like me! Ugh!!!! OKay I really need to stop because I’m might write something I don’t want to say.

That’s the lecture we got today before rehearsal started. She told is we needed to believe in ourselves because we have the technique that no other studio has. But we have one issue. We don’t have the right attitude.  We have the moves we have the costumes, the make-up, the practice. But we don’t have the excirement. We needed to learn to perform our hearts out. If we loose nationals to a studio with terrible technique but great attitude, then that’s pretty stupid. I mean we are the number 7 dance studio in the nation!

Nationals start on Wednesday. We only have one practice left before we have to go out on that big stage a shine with the light of Jesus. But I know we can do it.We just need to rememnber, that “We are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, blessed going in, and blessed coming out.”

We can do it SSD’s! Let’s win this Victory Cup!

But anyway, starting Wednesday I have Starpower Nationals! Yay! I’m so excited. I really think that we are going to do super well! I’m oh so very excited for Impuls and Cell Block Tango! Those are some of my dances. Those two get me so pumped it’s not even funny!!!

Unfortunately, because of the way the competition works, either Impuls or I Have Nothing can be in the Battle of the Stars. Not both, just one. Which stinks because they are both so awesome! For those of you that don’t know, the Battle of the Stars is when at the very end of Nationals, the very best dances compete again and try to win the honor of Victory Cup which is the prize for the best dance in the competition.

Now you might be wondering why I am so confident that one of our dances is going to win. Well it’s for two reasons. First, we have one the Victory Cup two years in a row. And Second, my dance studio is ranked number 7 in the NATION! So there you go!

Well I’m really excited, but I think it might be time for me to go to bed. I wish you all a wonderful night’s sleep and blessed day tomorrow!
